About us
This website is operated by Tailored Evolution Ltd, registered in England & Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
Our items are refurbished or pre-owned. Each is tested, cleaned and given a condition grade (Like New, Excellent or Good) — see Condition Grades. Photos are representative; cosmetic wear will match the grade described.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Payment is taken at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is priced incorrectly or no longer available.
Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Delivery times are estimates — see Delivery.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. We also offer 30-day returns — see Warranty & Returns. Items must be returned in the condition received.
Your statutory rights
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our 12-month warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, these rights.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
