12-month warranty

Every console is covered for 12 months from delivery against hardware faults. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage or misuse
• Units opened or repaired by someone else
• Normal cosmetic wear after purchase

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 30 days of delivery in the same condition it arrived. Get in touch with your order number to start a return.
